International Shipping

We ship worldwide with a standard delivery time of 7–15 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier delays.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During this time, items are carefully prepared, quality-checked, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.

During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After processing is complete, orders are shipped and enter transit. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days worldwide.

Shipping time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Delayed Deliveries

In rare cases, deliveries may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.

If tracking updates are unavailable for an extended period, we recommend allowing additional time as delays often resolve automatically once the parcel clears transit checkpoints.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly and can only be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase. Once processing has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may not be eligible for reshipment.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on item availability or warehouse locations. Each shipment will include its own tracking information when applicable.
